Hello dean! Shauna here! I miss you so much your constantly in my thoughts. I'm clean now for 1 yer and a half! I've never been so happy in my life I just wish you were here to share it with me. I had a beautiful baby girl her name is lilee June she was born 2 days before your birthday so I consider her your new birth! I love u and miss you so much. I forgive you for what you have done and so does the lord. It's taken me a lot of years to be able to except it but it is what it is. I wish I can get in touch with your family I have to make things right with them. I know you watch over me and walk with me in spirits that's the o my way I can accept this whole messed up matter that I don't even think was really suppose to happen I just think u we're mad I love you dean

Yesterday (9-15: Dean would have been 27) We
celebrated his birthday at Cafe Aroma.  It was a
beautiful time with family and alot of friends.
All the preceeds that Cafe Aroma made is going
to North King County Little League and Feed the
Children Charities..Thanks to all..with all my

This Thursday 9-15 (Dean would have been 27) the
Cafe Aroma on 165th and 5th Ave. N.E. is having
"Dean Day" which all proceeds go to Dean's favorite charities: North King County Little League and Feed the Children. Come and have a Latte. Thank You...Steve

My heart goes out to all of you.  I hope you will call me if you ever need anything.  May Dean be at peace.  

I want to thank all the people who attended Dean's "party" at Hamlin park last Saturday. It re-assured me that Dean touched a lot of peoples heart in his short life. I am humbled and very
grateful..again..THANKS  Dean's Dad

My Dear Sister, Brother, and Nephews,
I do not know what to say or where to start but start I must. It has been a whirlwind of emotions that I have felt in the last week. I know that this one will hit us all in different ways and at different times for the rest of our lives. Know in your hearts that Deaner is at Peace now and resting in his Grandpas arms. We are the unlucky ones now for we must deal with daily life without him. His Wonderful Smile, those especially tight Hugs as he folded his body over you when he said goodbye. (Cuz he was taller than any of us especially me.) The way he always ordered prime rib instead of ribs for dinner. The wonderful baseball games and basketball matches in the back yard, the gentle way he connected with all the animals he came in contact with.  Know also that I will be there every step of this journey through the rest of our lives with you. If ever you need to talk walk cry or just sit and you need someone Just call me as I love you more than words can explain. If we stick together we can make it through this one minute at a time.

in The Bible it tells us that Jesus takes our tears and cherishes them in jars of clay. Your tears must be the most precious tears that He has. Psalm 34:18..."The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"...i love you!

Dean was such an amazing and wonderful guy. He( just like the rest of the Griffith boys) always made me die laughing no matter how bad my day was. Incredibly intelligent, funny and sweet. So terribly sad that he is gone from us so soon. The world is a little less brighter without his smile and laughter in it. My love and prayers always to his family as words are never quite enough in a time like this. We will miss you always Dean.

Elaine, Steve, Troy, Wyatt....and all of your beloved family...My prayers are with you.  My arms want to hold you all...to try to bring some comfort.  Instead, I send my love.  Beth Beatty
