Donald Dale Don Hathaway, 78, of Kirkland, Washington, died Tuesday, October 7, 2014. He was born January 12, 1936 in Great Falls, Montana, the son of the late Rollin and Florence (Letellier) Hathaway. Don married Carollee B. Slotsve on September 21, 1957 in Billings, MT. He was a member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, Kirkland. Don served his country in the United States Army with a rank of Captain. He was an avid fly fisherman and enjoyed oil painting. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, a son, Jeffery Hathaway and wife Ronica, a daughter, Leann Henrickson and husband Brian, eight grandchildren, Ian, Olivia, Brent, Kelton, Jacob, Nicole, Jessica and Chad. Don was preceded in death by a brother, Rollin Hathaway, two sisters, Mildred Baranko and Margie Troutt and daughter Nora Lee.
