Mrs. Barnett was preceded in death by her husband Felbert Barnett, Sr. She was a loving mother, devoted wife, and a woman of great strengths and talents.
She was a member of Madrona Presbyterian Church, who regularly volunteered to support the Nursery and Sunday School Programs. She was also a member of the Central Area Senior Center, where she participated in the Silver Sneakers Exercise Program.
Mrs. Barnett was also an avid reader, excellent swimmer, gardener, music lover, and film buff. An elegant and extremely capable woman, she will always be remembered for her compassion, grace, savvy, and creativity.
She is survived by her children Victoria Simpkins, Vincent Barnett, Belva Gaines, Mark Barnett, Felbert Barnett, Gary Barnett, Crystal Barnett; 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
