Bettye was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Victor. She is survived by her children: Cheri R. Hales of Auburn, WA.; Mark D. Leonard of Sacramento, CA.; Vicki K. Walker of Reseda, CA; and Jan M. Reilly; 6 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Pamela Dawsey; and many loving extended family and friends.
