He is survived by his wife, Denise Burt; daughters, Karen Burt and Koline Hope; stepdaughter, Lisa Ayers; stepsons, Joshua Hefley, Justin Hefley, Jacob Hefley; granddaughter, Denise Wilson and grandson, Damon Ayers. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, 10/31/2000 at the Bothell Funeral Home 18224 103rd Ave. NE, Bothell, WA. Memorial Donations may be made to the American Heart and Lung Association.
