Passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2012 at home. He is survived by his loving wife Phyllis, his son Keith Sand, daughter Kristine Sand, two brothers John and Marv Sand (Nancy), sister Marlys Dillon and his two granchildren Jordan Sand and Kryshele Sand.
