Geraldine Gloria Williams

Jerrie passed away peacefully Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Aegis Living of Queen Anne in Seattle. She was born May 12, 1926 in Seattle, Washington the daughter of Tom R. Purves and Catherine L. Lindsay. She was united in marriage to Ralph (Allen) Williams on August 11, 1950 in Seattle, Washington. He preceded her in death on May 5, 1991.

Jerrie was a homemaker and throughout the spring and summer you would find her out in the garden until nightfall tending her flowers and vegetables. She was renowned for growing the tastiest tomatoes in the neighborhood. Jerrie also loved to travel seeing new places with her son Martin, dining, shopping and visiting with family. In 2015, she moved to Aegis Living of Queen Anne due to health issues.

She is survived by her children; Joseph (Miriam) and Martin Williams, and Terry Hagen, 3 loving grandchildren Sara Hagen, Lindsay and Jennifer Williams and 2 great-grandchildren Josiah and Oliver Hagen, her sister, Roberta Piccilo and brothers, Dick and Phillip Barnecut, sister-in law Frances Barnecut and numerous nieces and nephews. Her brothers Don Gosse and George Barnecut, Jr. preceded her in death.
