was born 91 years ago in Seattle. He graduated from West Seattle High School and began work as an accountant for Oxenberg Fish Co. at age 17. He later became owner of Bunzen and Davis fish brokerage and Siberian Fish Products. Gordon was a longtime member of Keystone and Eagle Harbor Congregational Churches. His last residence was at the Covenant Shores Retirement Community on Mercer Island.
He was preceded in death 1965 by his wife and the mother of his children, Alma. His second wife Melissa died on August 18, 2000. He is survived by two daughters, Linda Newkirk and Jean Bowman, and two sons, Richard and Ken.
