A WW II Veteran, James graduated from Washington State University in Civil Engineering, his lifelong profession. He was retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Corps of Engineers. He is survived by many loving relatives and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2004 at 2:00PM; Gethsemane Lutheran Church 911 Stewart St. Seattle, WA.
