

Jean Isobel Sanderson passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025. She was surrounded by her 3 daughters. Jean was born in Seattle, Washington on December 1st 1932. She graduated from Queen Anne High School. When she was 23 she married the love of her life Richard (Sandy) Sanderson. They moved to Lynnwood Wa soon after settling down raising their 3 daughters.
They were very involved with Christ Lutheran Church of Edmonds where she also worked as the office administrator for many years. When her daughters were grown she went back to school and got her Associates Degree in Accounting at the age of 50. A proud moment for her and her family. She was married to her love Sandy for 60 years.They had a beautiful life together until his passing in 2015. Unfortunately later in life she succumbed to Alzheimer's 4 years before her passing.
She is survived by her daughters Debbie (Bob) Harrison, Denise Sanderson and Deanna (George) Zaharick along with grandchildren Jeff (Lisa) Harrison, Jodie (Chris) Romberger and great grandchildren Taylor and Tru Harrison, Jaiden and Skylar Romberger.
We will all miss her dearly but take comfort in knowing she is in a better place with God and back in the loving arms of her husband never to be separated again.
You, dear parents, now rest in peace, Your loving memory we will keep.
Jean will be laid to rest on October 27th next to her husband at Evergreen Washelli Cemetery, Seattle WA.
