Loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Born May 7, 1920 in Seattle, Washington. Passed away January 26th, 2005. Joan is preceded in death by her husband Paul Kibby. She is survived by her son Jay Kibby and Robyn; daughters Linda Quiring and David, Patti Stowell and Lee; brothers George Gough and Yvonne, Stanley Gough and Donald Gough and Patricia; sister Peggy Martin; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, Jan. 29th, 2005 10:00am at Evergreen-Washelli Chapel
