Born August 28, 1961, died January 18, 2002 at the age of 40 at home in Seattle. Keith was a 1979 graduate of Roosevelt High School. He loved all aspects of nature. In his teenage years Keith worked in the woods planting trees and rebuilding trails and as an adult was a woodworker, worked on the ski slopes of Colorado, fished in the Bering Sea for crab and codfish and labored in the construction industry. Keith is survived by his parents, Richard and Marilyn Hanson of Seattle, his grandmother, Helen Hanson, of Fox Lake, IL. aunts Joan Metzger, Delores Nohlechek and Cheryl Grom. Keith was preceded in death by his brother, David, and his grandparents, Florence and Russell Woodmark of Everett, WA and grandfather, Milton Hanson of Grand Rapids, MN. A celebration of Keith?s life will be held on Sunday, February 24th, 2002 at 1:00pm at the Nile Temple Country Club which is located just west of Interstate 5 on Highway 104.
