Raising three children was the focus of her li fe and she was lucky enough to be surrounded by her mother and other family members in the Broadview district of Seattle. They enjoyed many camping and family outings together. Leona was very active in the Broadview Church, and the Northgate Chapter of The Eastern Star. When the children were older, Cliff and L eona learned to square dance and were active members of The Dudes and Dolls. Leona loved playing the baby grand piano that her step-father gave her when she was thirteen. Leona volunteered her services to the Redmond Senior Center, where she worked as a receptionist at the front desk, and sang in the choir for many years. Leona loved to laugh and knew how to share her love to all that knew her. We will miss her contagious smile and laughter.
