Born May 24, 1915 in Seattle; passed away on September 29, 2009 at Northwest Hospital in Seattle after a long fight with Alzheimer's Disease at age 94. Graduate, University of Washington in 1937 with a major in Drama and taught High School in Moxee (now part of Yakima) and in Aberdeen WA. where she coached plays. Later, she taught kindergarten, first and second grades for the Shoreline School District. After retiring in 1976, she worked as a model for print and television advertising. She and her husband Stanley enjoyed traveling in Europe, the British Isles, Japan, New Zealand and Australia, as well as Canada and the US, enjoying 25 winters in Arizona. She is survived by her husband Stanley; their three children, Craig, Vicki and Bruce; five wonderful grandchildren, Kristie, Kelli, Tanya, Eric and Andrew. She will be greatly missed by all of us.
