Marie Bush Fite (1/28/1919 - 5/3/2010) was a fiercely independent woman with a brilliant mind. She enjoyed daily long walks in her Capital Hill neighborhood until the day her life ended. Her accomplishments included graduating at the top of her high school class, piloting float-planes in the early 1940's, and a long management career with the Post Office. She is survived by a son and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. Marie's feisty spirit and memory lives on in our thoughts. Say hi to your brothers Marie. Bye for now!
