Melinda Walker was born in Bellevue Washington. She was the only daughter of Rex and Lu Walker. She has 3 brothers Jim, David and Doug. Melinda graduated from Washington State University. Go Cougs! After graduating Melinda obtained a paralegal certification and worked in the legal field. Then she left her legal work to help Doug manage Sam Malones Pub in Issaquah. The pub was sold and Melinda started working in the banking industry. Melinda’s final and most important responsibility was to take care of her mother after her dad passed away. One of Melinda’s favorite things in the world was her cats. When she was little she had a wonderful tabby cat named Taffy. She has had multiple cats after Taffy and cherished each of them and how they made her life whole. Melinda will be missed so much. We love her and will remember her beautiful smile and special kitty talk.
