age 89, was born August 8, 1911 in Mineral, WA to William and Lillian Dean. She passed away November 18, 2000 in Seattle, WA.
Mrs. Barnes is survived by her daughter Myra husband John Kokoszka, son Ardell D. wife Candy Barnes, two grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a brother-in-law Carl P. Barnes. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Ardell H. Barnes in 1978.
Phyllis was dedicated to the West Seattle Eagles Aerie #2643; West Seattle American Legion ''40 & 8'' and her many special friends at her local Grandmother's Club.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm Friday, November 24, 2000 at the Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Chapel 11111 Aurora Ave. N Seattle, WA 98133.
