Brother Richard! Has it really been four years since you left this earth to be with Jesus??? We all miss you lots. You were always with us watching the Seahawks and hosting barbecues. Loved those days of just hanging out or going on road trips. Lots of fond memories!! ❤️❤️❤️

You are not forgotten friend. We are thinking of you and remembering you today. 

Two  years?? Can it really be? I pray that I can carry on your legacy of being warm and welcoming and opening up my home when I am able. Missing your joy and fun. Missing gatherings at your house. Praying for all who knew you to follow in your footsteps and to make a decision to follow Jesus above all things! 


One year has gone by and  we miss you dear friend! We have not been able to gather and have fun barbeques like the ones you hosted. We missed eating and watching football on Superbowl Sunday. We never had the chance to "party" for your last two birthdays. Have a blast celebrating yours and your Mom's birthdays in heaven! Thanks for impacting our lives. We pray that we will carry on your Godly legacy of hospitality, kindness, love, and joy. 

With the Seahawks season underway now, we miss Richard more than ever! His house was always a great place to gather and hang out and cheer on the Seahawks!! He was such a generous host. We have not only celebrated Seahawks victories together, we have celebrated births, birthdays, baptisms, graduations, engagements, weddings, and many holidays with Richard! We treasure all the precious memories.

Richard was a kind and warm person. As his neighbor, we were so lucky to know him as part of our community.  He was generous with his time and always smiling.  It was good to hear his lively outdoor parties with his loved ones - he clearly enjoyed having a good time. We would also say hi at the library were he worked and it was good to see him riding on his bike doing the activity that he loved.  We are deeply saddened that Richard is not here and send our comfort and thoughts to all who loved him.  We will cherish our memories of him.
