Richard was born on February 11, 1929 in Montesano, Washington. Passed away after a long illness on September 2, 2001 in Kirkland, Washington. He was a retired pharmacist who touched many lives. He enjoyed deep sea fishing, the beach, camping, nature walks, playing cards, walking, watching the Huskies and the Mariners, but most of all, he enjoyed his family. He was a great father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He is preceded in death by his mother Florida May Brasted, Father Eugene O?Neill, and his brother Clifford O?Neill. He is survived by his daughter Eileen Smith, her husband Gary, and their children Sean and Jeffrey, Son Jim O'Neill, Son Rick Stelloh, Daughter Sherri Gooch, her husband Tam, and their children Rachael, Tam Ryan, Chelsea, and Matthew, Son Roger Stelloh, Daughter Stacy Miller, her husband Stacy, and their son Austin, Brothers, Don and Clarence O'Neill, Sister, Margie Imhoff, a very special niece Molly McLachlan, her husband Ken, and their children Kelsey and Kaley, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2001 at 1PM, Bothell Funeral Home, 18224 103rd Ave NE, Bothell, WA.
