Quadulant Island missile complex, carpenter, college teacher, Boeing final assembly, Fema inspector, native American box maker, native American bent wood box on display at Ketchikan Museum, wood carver, carving teacher, South American missionary trips, licensed minister, 16 yrs. volunteer prison ministry, founder Fisherman?s Union #3-N-1 prison ministry, contractor prison chapel and exercise yard, Vice President, speaker and member Full Gospel Businessmen?s Association, Alpine Boys Ranch volunteer, consummate Santa Claus, man of his word, Bible teacher, friend, brother, daddy, husband and bumpa. Red is survived by his wife Sheila Winter; brother George Lloyd Winter; sister Penny Offholter; sons, Robert A. Winter, Gregory B. Winter, Bret Winter, Jeffrey Alan Ott; daughters, Kathryn Kat Summers, Kristina Marie Woods; granddaughters, Erin Clegg and Alixendra Summers, and a host of admirers and friends.
