Survived by his wife, Corazon Moreno, and daughter, Joy Evangeline Moreno; sisters, Lolita Moreno, Loretta Moreno, Lorna Work, Luzvimenda Talaman, and Lucena Mejes; Brother, Ramon Moreno; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation for Rogelio will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home, 11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133.
A Funeral Service will occur Saturday, August 14, 2021; 1:30PM at St. Paul Catholic Church, 10001 57th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98178.
