63, passed away November 26, 2001 from complications of Diabetes. Sally was born June 21, 1938 in Seattle and has been a life long resident of this area, graduating from Ballard High in 1956. She was a member of Tyee Yacht Club, N.W. Hospital auxiliary, and the NRA. She enjoyed crafts and playing the organ. Sally was preceded in death by her son, Scott in 1986, and brother, Steven Fitzgerald in 1970. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, H. Vern; step sister, Georgia Hymmen Henderson and husband, Jack; aunt, Bobbie Thorson; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Sally was a generous and giving wife, mother and friend to all. She will be deeply missed. At Sally?s request there will be no service. Memorials may be made to Children?s Hospital or favorite charity. Inurnment was in Evergreen Memorial Park.
