Sharon Funamori, 83, of Redmond, WA, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2025, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her children: Art (Carmen), Brad, Traci Ishino (Scot), and Shelli Hoffman (Cory), 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grand-children. She is also survived by her sisters, Suzanne Tonokawa and Cheryl Wagner. She was preceded in death by husband Seiji. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Pasado's Safe Haven(pasadosafehaven.org) honoring Sharon's lifelong belief in helping animals find comfort, care, and safety.
Sharon was a loving and devoted mother, sister, and friend whose warmth, resilience, and quiet strength touched all who knew her.
