Born on May 25, 1938, in Kewanee, Illinois, Sharon lived a life filled with love, resilience, and grace. She worked for many years as a secretary in the construction field, where she was known for her dependability, gentle nature, and steady presence.
More than anything, Sharon was proud to be a mom. Her love for her family was unwavering, and she poured her heart into creating a warm and welcoming home. Whether through the meals she lovingly prepared, the thoughtful advice she offered, or the way she simply listened, she made those around her feel cared for.
Sharon had a passion for roses, and her garden was a reflection of the beauty she saw in the world. She found joy in traveling, exploring new places with wonder and curiosity. Her love for cooking was another way she shared herself with others, bringing people together around her table with food made from the heart.
She will be remembered for her kindness, her gentle spirit, and the quiet joy she brought to everyday life. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William, and her cherished daughter, Susan both of whom she missed dearly and carried in her heart every day.
A private memorial will be held to honor her life. In remembrance, the family encourages you to plant a rose, take a small journey, or share a home-cooked meal, just as Sharon would have loved.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
