Passed away Thursday, August 26th after her courageous battle with breast cancer beginning in 1991. Mrs. Kennedy wanted to especially thank Dr. Milder and his staff Judy and Sue Ellen along with the Ballard Swedish Tumor Facility and their personnel including Mitra, Kathy and Kate.
Mrs. Kennedy is preceded in death by her husband Stanley and her longtime companion George. She is survived by her daughters Dolores Edelman of Malott, WA., Darlene Eylander of Tacoma, WA., Diane Ensley of Bothell, WA. her son Richard Kennedy of Kent, WA., sisters Marion Widdis of Bothell, WA., Judy Wheeler of Kent, WA., 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude and appreciation to the caregivers of Swedish Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Kennedy?s memory to Swedish Hospice.
Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, August 31st, 6:30 p.m. at St. Paul?s United Church of Christ. 6512 12th Avenue N.W., Seattle, WA. 98117
