Passed away peacefully on Monday, September 24, 2012 with his family at his side. He is survived by his loving wife Susan, his son J.P. Sallup (Amy Crane), his sister Marlene Beard, his brothers Paul Sallup (Ronda) and Alf Forde (Diane) and his granddaughter Danika and many other family and friends.
