Ted Steven Foster, 72, passed away in Seattle, Washington on May 15, 2016. He was born in Eureka, California to George & Dorothy Foster on December 25, 1943. Ted is survived by his daughter Kelsey Foster of Edmonds, WA and his Sister Lelsie (John) Foster-Shotwell of Langley, Washington.
