Passed away peacefully at home in Seattle, November 18. Born January 22, 1928 in Klamath Falls, OR. She attended Sacred Heart Academy, graduating in 1947 and attended Gonzaga. Bunnie lived most of her life in Wenatchee, WA, raising her seven children there. She was active in St. Joseph?s Catholic Church. As a single parent she returned to school to become a nurse. When Bunnie retired, she volunteered for Hospice.
Bunnie is survived by her children, Geri Faris, Fran, Joe, Dan, Mary, Julie, and Ray Calhoun; 13 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. She leaves brother, Dan Murphy; sisters, Joan Maechiling and Julieanne Dalton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nellie and Jerry Murphy; sisters, Nancy Shultz and Pat Coulson and leaves many, many friends. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, November 26, 2005 at St. Matthews Catholic Church, Seattle, WA. Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00am, December 15th at St. Joseph?s Catholic Church, Wenatchee, WA. Memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul. Arrangements by Evergreen-Washelli, Seattle.
