Wallace was born in Anniston, AL on August 28, 1923. He died on April 16, 2013 in Seattle, WA. He served int he Army-Aircorp during WWII. He was a Electrician and worked with his dad for Otey and Son. He was a devoted loving father to his 10 children. He was survived by his daughter July Collins (Chuck), and Donna Beyer (Bob) and Sons Richard Otey and Neal Otey (Donna). He had 29 Grand Children, 41 Great Grand Children and 2 Great Great Grand Children. He will be forever missed by all.
