Elton “Buddy” Reneau passed away on Monday March 19, 2012 at the age of 83. Buddy was born in Seguin, Texas on January 17, 1929 to Elton and Gracie Reneau. He is preceded in death by his wife Alice Waxler Reneau (2007) and 4 grandchildren: Clint Moore, Casey Mason, Ashley Elley and Aaron Elley. He is survived by a brother, Carl Reneau; his children: Mark Elley, Roger Elley, Elton Reneau, Brenda Moore, Cindy Mason, Alice White, Buddy Reneau, Timmy Reneau and Tammy Reneau; 28 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Goetz Funeral Home from 5 to 7 pm. Visitation will continue Friday March 23rd until the funeral service at 2 pm with Butch Ikels presiding. Interment will follow at Dugger Cemetery.
