Mr Louis Schneider

Louis Schneider passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his family on the 29th of February, 2012 at the age of 75 years and 8 days. He was born in Converse in 1937 to Louis and Henrietta Schmidt Schneider. Louis served 23 years in the US Air Force as an Aviation Mechanic. Upon retiring back home to Seguin he worked at Seguin Aviation and ABC Pest Control. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Louis was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Hugo and Eugene Schneider; sisters Eleanor Harborth and Laura Gilbreath. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jane McCrorie Schneider; daughter Debbie Still and her husband Andrew; daughter Tracey Ramos and her husband Mike; 3 grandchildren: Gavin, Amber, and Megan; brother, Arthur "Dick" Schneider; numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Daisy.

Visitation will be held at Goetz Funeral Home from 5-9 pm on Sunday, March 4th. A funeral service will commence at 1 pm on Monday, March 5th at Goetz Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society.
