Lydia Nuñez Reyes

Lydia was born on November 3, 1922 in Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mauricio Escobedo and Teresa Avendano; husband, Juan Nuñez Reyes; daughter, Janie Valdez and son Mario Alberto Nuñez.

She is survived by daughters, Martha Moreno, Maria Almaguer (husband Julio), Bertha Moreno (husband Tony); sons, Juan Nuñez Jr., and Angel Nuñez (wife Maria). She has 18 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

The services are as follows at Goetz Funeral Home: Wednesday, February 26, a public visitation will be from 4 to 9 with the Rosary recited at 6 pm and worship service at 7 pm; on Thursday, February 27, visitation will continue until funeral services at 10 am with interment to follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery in Seguin.
