Born on January 27, 1950 in Washington DC, Cynthia was the beloved daughter of Edwin Tuttle and Mary Jane Sweadner. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her partner Harry Van Brunt, daughter Jennifer Van Brunt, granddaughter Scarlett Copp, siblings Lorraine Stowers, Michael Tuttle and Joanie Hoffman, as well as nieces/nephews, extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by parents Edwin Tuttle, Mary Jane Sweadner and Vernon Sweadner and sibling Matthew Sweadner.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
We take comfort in knowing she is now at peace and reunited with loved ones who went before her.
