Jettie Mae Subek (Fields) was born near Pigeon, in Pike County Kentucky. Known to family and friends as 'Jean', she was a wife and mother as well as a homemaker and gardener. With her husband Charles (Chuck) Subek, she was a long time resident of Lakeland, FL. She previously lived in Pinellas Park, FL, and Westlake, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Subek, and her brothers Marion Fields, Robert Fields, and Ira Fields.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jay and Ginny Word, her sister Betty Madsen, her sister-in-law Faye Fields and many nieces and nephews.
Jettie Mae Subek was laid to rest, along with her late husband, in Garden Sanctuary Cemetery.
