84, of Seminole, Florida, passed away July 3, 2013 at Freedom Square Rehabilitation & Nursing Services in Seminole.
She was born December 12, 1928 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Roscoe R. and Anna (Behn) Boyd.
Nelda moved to Florida in 2008 from Granite City, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Gordon Wills and Kenneth Sipes; and brothers, Marion, William, and Kenneth Boyd.
Survivors include sons, Gordon W. Wills, and his wife Martha, and Terry L. Wills, and his wife Joan; daughters, Deborah J. Testor and Faye A. Wills; a sister, May Ebling; granddaughters, Amy Testor, Ellen Bruns, Kathleen Wills, and Anne Marie Wills, and two great grandsons.
