Paul C. Waggoner, 56, of Land O'Lakes, FL., passed away Monday, January 4, 2010 in Tampa, FL. He moved to Florida in 1990 from his native Massillon, Ohio. Paul was a magazine liaison for Time Warner Publishing in Tampa, FL as well as a hairstylist.He survived by his companion, William Flores and many nieces and nephews.Visitation was held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2010, and from noon until service time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the funeral home.
