95, of Seminole, Florida, passed away Feb. 16, 2013 in Dunedin, Florida.
She was born April 23, 1917 in Wheaton, Illinois, the daughter of William H. and Laura Alta (Cromwell) Johnson. Phyllis and her late husband, Adolph, moved to Florida in 1987 from Aurora, Illinois. She was a member of Bay Ridge Baptist Church in Seminole.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Brady, and her husband Jim Slingo; a son, John Reichenbacher; grandchildren, Eric and Aaron Mantzke, William and Andrew Reichenbacher, and Jennifer Beam; and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, Feb. 20th at Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home, 7950 131st St. Seminole, FL 33776.
