A service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at Sequim Valley Funeral Chapel, 108 W. Alder St., for Sequim resident Sharon Yvonne Kennedy, who died March 21, 2013, at the age of 67
She was born April 9, 1945, in Cottonwood, Idaho, to Charles James and Geraldine Louise Stearns Strong.
She married Gordon Payton in 1960 in Lewiston, Idaho. She later married Mike Kennedy in 1973 in Hoquiam.
She worked as a bookkeeper and care provider in Clarkston and in Sequim.
She is survived by her brothers Charles Strong, of Sequim, and Bill Strong, of Lewiston, Idaho; son Michael Payton, of Port Angeles; daughters Lauri Schleve, of Clarkston; Tammy Graves of Sequim; Shelley Anstett, of Sequim, and Kerrie Philliips, of Yelm; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
