Billy Talmadge Barfield, age 71 of Shallotte passed away on Monday January 18, 2016, at the Shallotte Villas, where he had many wonderful friends.
He was born in Cumberland County on July 31, 1944 the son of the late, Billy Barfield and Patti Johnson Barfield and was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters.
Billy was a member of the Shallotte Senior Center. He enjoyed attending Harvest Fellowship Church and Bible Baptist Church. He loved watching his grandson, Matthew playing sports. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are two daughters, Billie Fulford and Ann Morrozoff ; four sons, Jeffrey Barfield , Jeffery Barfield. Dwayne Porter and Mickey Porter; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Billy’s life will be held at a late date at the Harvest Fellowship Church.
