She was born in Cheverly, MD on August 25, 1958 the daughter of Juanita Deskins of Shallotte, NC and the late Vernon Deskins.
Donna was retired from Charles County Government, Charles County, MD. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in King George, VA.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Stephen M. Goulet; two sons, Jesse Trumpore and wife, Allison and grandson, Kai, and Timothy Lesher; two sisters, Margarete O’Leary and Karen DiFede; a nephew, Sam Rollf; a special pet, Darla.
