Lois Mae Baccarny

Lois was born April 30,1938 to the late John Summerset and Katie Ward Summerset Hildreth. She was also predeceased by her sister Dottie Ludlum, brother-in-law Raymond Ludlum, stepfather Robert Hildreth and Herman and Essie White, who welcomed Lois into their family as one of their own, and their deceased children, Jeanette, Jimmy, Bub, and Eddie White

Surviving are her husband Paul Baccarny and her children Kathy Britt (Glenn), Stephen Baccarny (Cindy) and Mike Baccarny (Ann); grandchildren Garrett and Katie Angelakis, Taylor Baccarny (Kim), Kyle Baccarny (Louise), Whitney Hall (Micah), Isaac Norris (Alison) and great-grandchildren Cain Skipper, Kenlee and Eva Baccarny,

Laken Rahall, Sasha Hall, Sidney and Mia Norris. Additional survivors include her special sister and family friend Lynda White Britt Simmons, special brother Junior White, niece Dianne Todd and her children Brandon Hewett and Amber Todd, special first cousins Horace Ward Dominey and Randy Ward, devoted caregiver Tammy Britt and sister-in-law Marion Harrell. Lois was retired from Brunswick County Board of Elections.

The family would like to extend a special THANK YOU to the staffs of Coastal Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care of Shallotte, NC, Lower Cape Fear LifeCare and their volunteers, as well as the staff of Well Care Home Health. The love and care shown to Lois and the family during her difficult journey was very much appreciated.

The family has planned a private service.
