Mr. Bowling was born March 20, 1951 in Brunswick County and was the son of the late John and Vernie Maggard Bowling. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie Bowling and a son, William Keith Bowling. He was a member of Emmanuel Full Gospel Kingdom Church of Shallotte.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Bowling of the home; a son, Lonnie Wayne Bowling, Jr. and wife Brittany of Bolivia; two grandsons, JessBowling and Nolan Bowling; two sisters, Diane Castuaro and Kathy Cooper of Columbus, North Carolina.
Funeral services will be held Thursday January 30, 2025 at three o'clock in the afternoon at Emmanuel Full Gospel Kingdom Church located at 5101 Bridgers Road in Shallotte . Burial will be private.
The Family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
