L'Tayna was born in New Hanover County on January 1, 1974, daughter of Fitzchue Pierce and the late Teresa Britt. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her father, Fitzchue Pierce and wife Melissa of Leland; four children, Garrett Britt of Supply, Tyler Britt of Leland, Jonathan Britt of Supply, and Jase Pierce of Supply; and brother, Ray Pierce of Burgaw.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
