Ms. Hewett was born in Columbus County and was the daughter of the late Brady and Allie Smith Little. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Renee Stocks and a grandson, Joshua Simmons.
She is survived by a son, Mike Hewett of Ocean Isle Beach; two grandsons, Matt Simmons and Andrew Stocks; a great grandson, Easton Stocks; a brother, Brady Little of Ash.
A memorial service will be held Friday December 26, 2025 at two o'clock in the afternoon at White Funeral and Cremation Service Lou White Memorial Chapel, 3660 Express Drive, Shallotte.
