Ms. Rogers was born March 29, 1941 in Grove City, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Jack Douglas Poole and Ruth Robinson Poole. She worked as an x-ray technician for many years.
Survivors include her son, Christian Rogers of Calabash; two grandchildren; one great grandchild; stepbrother, Jack Poole of North Myrtle Beach, SC ; and stepsister, Kathleen Poole of Lexington, Kentucky.
