Sheldon Pigott

Mr. Pigott was born in Brunswick County on July 1, 1938 and was the son of the late Frederick Earl Pigott and Della Fulford Pigott. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from Federal Paper of Riegelwood. Sheldon enjoyed fishing, farming and traveling. He was preceded in death by his wife Janice Hewett Pigott, a son, Robert Dean Pigott and a sister Mary Emma Diaz.

He is survived by his son, David Pigott (Teresa) of Supply; a grandson, Michael Pigott (Patti) of Supply; granddaughters, Melissa Wescott (Marc) of Bolivia and Janet Little of Supply; eight great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren; a sister Wanda Nesselroade of Wilmington.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday March 3, 2026 at four o'clock in the afternoon at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 4690 East Coast Lane, Shallotte with Reverend Anthony Clemmons officiating. Burial will follow in Galloway Memorial Cemetery West in Supply.

Pallbearers will be Michael Pigott, Patrick Pigott, Chase Marlowe, Brett Dale, James Brian Little II (Buddy) and Frankie Cooke.

The family will receive friends at the funeral one hour prior to the service.
