

Judith was born on August 7, 1941 in Sheboygan to Leroy and Marguerite Busse.
She graduated from Central High School in 1959.
Judy was previously married to Earl Kaat.
On November 26, 1988 Judy was united in marriage to LeRoy Meyer.
She enjoyed camping, reading, doing puzzles, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Judy is survived by four children, Lew (special friend, Tammy Trossen) Kaat, Kevin (special friend, Pat Wilke) Kaat, Brian (Beth) Kaat, and Jennifer (Richard) Schneider all of Sheboygan; three step-children, Bonnie (Todd) Vincent of Arizona, Randy (Donna) Meyer of Nevada, and Mark (Kris) Meyer of Sheboygan; seven grandchildren, Amber Kaat, Alex Kaat, Nicole Kaat, Brandon Gumm, Emily Gumm, Abigail Schneider, and Jessica Wehmeyer; three step-grandchildren, Travis Meyer, Amanda Meyer, and Stephanie Ledesma; a brother, Robert (Margaret) Busse; five sisters-in-law, Betty Klingeisen, Eileen Meyer, Lorraine (Larry) Koepsel, Marlene Wassink, Christa Lorge; four brothers-in-law, Arthur Eslinger, Harold Velier, Kenneth Weimann, and Roy (Laura) Kaat; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by LeRoy Meyer and Earl Kaat.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Ballhorn Chapels and Crematory. Rev. Adam L. Scheblein, Pastor of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, will officiate. Entombment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. A time of visitation and support will be held on Wednesday night at Ballhorn Chapels from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. and Thursday morning at Ballhorns from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.
