Mary Jo you have been gone over a year now...hard to believe. In the back of my mind I still think I can pick up the phone or stop over. I first met Mary Jo at Sunnyridge.  She was the first person that wanted to be my friend. (We met in the elevator!) She always had a smile on her face, and she always spoke from the heart. The next thing I knew we were eating chili in her mother's kitchen at midnight and going out dancing. She "LOVED" to dance. Mary Jo was always willing to do just about anything.  We rode horses in the kettles, saw endless cheap movies on Tuesday nights, and drank way to many "swamp" drinks. Staying in a motel room with her was always an adventure, to say the least!  I'll miss you when Emily and I get our picture taken with Santa again, and I"ll miss you because you're not with me when I drive up to see her. (Remember how we got so busy talking, I missed the turnoff, and we went home from Green Bay around Lake Winnebago!)  You were different..but that's what I liked so much about you!  Till we meet again my friend. Love, Patty

We are remembering you Mary Jo & your family at this sad time of year.  When Mary Jo was helping out some friends a couple years ago she said she was trying to earn her way to heaven.  She has done just that.  "Good friends are like angels, you don't have to see them to know they are there."

I together with many celebrate the life of mary jo.i went to cna school with her and saw her time to time around town .i will say her smile could light the darkest room ,always loving ,caring full of life ,may the lord comfort you all during this time ,she will be missed but her life will go on in each heart she touched ,this was Mary Jo     life song of joy

I knew Maryjo for some years. She was always so friendly and kind to me when i ran into her. She was a lovely person. the last time I saw her was on the bus going to church service at Praise Fellowship. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of MaryJo, she will be missed greatly. She was like a light in the darkness! She will always be remembered.

I worked with MaryJo @ SunnyRidge and befriended her again @ the YMCA. We enjoyed swimming laps and doing our exercises after our knee replacements. MaryJo was a kind caring person.She always had a smile,and hug for me. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. MaryJo was a believer and I know shes in Heaven surrounded by God's love.

She was always laughing and in a good mood, no matter what life threw her way!  You could count on a smile from her.  We all felt like she was part of our family. Mary Jo was one of my most dear friends, for many years. I will always remember the good times we shared and all of her infectious smiles that could lighten any room. She was always so happy to see you, when she saw you and always had a kind, heartfelt word. I will miss her always. Our visits that we had. She was a very special person. Maryjo was a great friend of ours, we all will miss her so much words cant even explain. She was the best friend that anyone could ever have..We enjoyed spending as much time as we could with her. I was blessed to have known Mary Jo from the time she spent in the weight room at the YMCA.  She warmed the room up with her smile and conversation.  She always had a nice word for everyone she knew:).  We will miss her.
