
She was born September 11, 1921 in Baltimore, MD to Ralph and Mary (Serio) Barranco.
On April 23, 1944 Rosina and Franklin E. Greuel were united in marriage. He preceded her in death on July 23, 1990. Following retirement they enjoyed traveling out west in their trailer.
For twenty years Rosina was a member of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall in Sheboygan. She was a wonderful homemaker who loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Frances (Gene) Gasper of Sheboygan, Beverly (Steve) McIntosh of Sheboygan, Margaret (Mark) Lilyquist of Sheboygan Falls, Nancy (Tom) Kuehl of Oconomowoc, WI, and Diane (Bob) Rohde of Algonquin, IL; one son, Bruce Greuel of Sheboygan; eight grandchildren, Jeannine (Charles) Farulli, Benjamin (Lori) Gasper, Kenneth (Kim) McIntosh, Kevin (Julia) McIntosh, Jenny (Troy) Hilbelink, Kari (John) Schmitt, Adrienne (Paul) Cizek and Matthew Kuehl; twelve great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; her brother, Benedict Barranco; her sister, Concetta Flichia; sister-in-law, Patricia Barranco; brother-in-law, Eloy (Marion) Greuel; sister-in-law Carol Sullivan; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Barranco; sister-in-law, Annarose Barranco; brother-in-law, Michael Flichia; and one niece; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Emil and Salvina (Peters) Greuel; sister-in-law, Lillian Greuel; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Robert and Virginia (Greuel) McCormack; brother-in-law, Robert Sullivan.
Private family services were held on January 18, 2014.
Rosina’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the caregivers at Countryside Manor East and Hospice Advantage for their care and compassion shown to her and to Dr. Stillwell for his many years of care.
