Betty Joyce Clark

   Betty Joyce Clark, age 83 of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 8, 2023. She was a former member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Shepherdsville and a former English Teacher at the old Shepherdsville High School. She loved all animals, especially her cats and rabbits.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Neill and Zelma Link Tyler and brother, Neill Tyler.

   She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 57 years, Donald Clark; daughter, LeeNeill Clark (Larry Cornett); son, Craig “Cricket” Clark (Stephanie Kruse-deceased); grandchildren, Joe Clark (Kayla Pully), Rod Wilson, Michelle Clark and Sarah Cahill; great-grandchildren, Bretten Clark and Damon Clark; brothers, Jim Tyler and Edward Tyler; fur-babies, Cupcake and Lilly and a host of other family and friends.

   Funeral service will be conducted on Monday, January 16, 2023, at 12 noon in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with burial in Hebron Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Sunday, January 15, 2023, from 1 pm until 8 pm and on Monday, January 16, 2023, from 9 am until time of service at Hardy-Close Funeral Home.
